108450 PhP/MySql/Framework bugs

Four hours of debugging an Php deployment. The system is modular, based on the Seagull framework. The deployment is caught in a bad link, cookies or permissions problem. One custom module, a survey manager, is displaying only the headers of surveys, but not the individual items (it works on another site). I'm estimating that these problems could be solved in four hours by an experienced PhP developer, especially one who is familar with frameworks, so I'm asking for a bid for that amount of time. If you finish in less time, I have more work. It may not be possible to complete the job in four hours, but you should be able to make significant progress: I would be willing in that case to pay for additional hours. Looking to select a developer quickly and for the developer to start on project immediately.
