Android & iPhone App Developer for Web Related Applications

Hi, I am looking for an Android developer and an iPhone app developer. I would be more than happy to work with one developer who has experience with both, but I can select two different coders for this project (one for Android, and one for iPhone). I have a website with local businesses listed in a MySQL database. Website is built in PHP and MySQL. It has 2 basic user types: 1) Business 2) Users Users can own a business account, (just for reference). The application should allow our users to log on the application using their credentials stored in our MySQL database. Once logged in the user's ZIP code will be pulled into the app. The application will work without the user logging in, but logging in will add more features. So ... The goal is to list business locations near the user. The site currently determines user's location based on IP address. If you have better idea (GPS) I am open to it, but at least we have something to start with. App must also have text box where user can enter a zip code or city name / state manually. Once we know the user's city, we pull local businesses in the area from MySQL database. Each business may or may not have coupons / discounts listed. If they do, we need to show those (in a list) and when user clicks on a specific offer, we show the coupon. (Coupon is html coupon printed on the web, so no image manipulations, etc are required). ONce a user logs in, more features will be available: 1. Add a business (a form where a user can list their business) 2. My customers (shows a business user list of his customers) 3. Add a coupon (a form allowing users to create a coupon - saved in MySQL) 4. My Favorite Businesses (again pulling info from DB) and so on. This will be an ongoing project, so I am looking for someone who is reasonable, and experienced to be able to build this project.
