Website with [login to view URL] live search feature

Website using live search like [url removed, login to view]

A website that has the exact live search feature of [url removed, login to view]

- php + jQuery + Ajax

- DB must be mySQL (checked SQL because I couldn't find mySQL)

- Search by various fields, results must be shown as per my design hopefully using CSS (will be given later)

- Site must be xhtml + CSS and has to be validated

- Provision of various reports from DB (e.g. to find out what records were searched, what keywords were entered, how many times were they requested, etc..)

- The proper tweaking of mySQL must be done (using various methods including, but not limited to the use of index) to ensure that the results show up immediately and without any delay

- The site must be compatible across major browser, including Safari, FF, IE and Chrome

- I will provide the layout (I haven't designed it yet - what format do you prefer to have the layout in?)

- I have an idea about the DB design but don't know how to create it (detailed description of what I want will be given to make the design easier)

- I stress that I want the live search feature to be a replica of [url removed, login to view]

- It goes without saying but the source code and DB design and all other related items must be provided to me

- Project completion time: Within 14 days of bidder being chosen. Regular updates are required. Chatting highly appreciated and encouraged.

- This is the starting point of the site and I will definitely want the site to be developed further by adding more features. If the chosen bidder is a pro, I will work with him/her again.

- As I'll be providing some of the stuff that'll make the whole process easier on the developer, I don't expect the price to be high.

- The proper price & bidder experience/review combination will be chosen.

Terms of payment:

- Payment will be made through freelancer.com
- Payment will be on a milestone basis
- 40% when the site (as per my requirements) is ready and uploaded to the bidder's server for me to view and comment
- 60% when everything is finalized, comments actioned/implemented and all source code is with me

Terms of contract:

- This project or its concept, either before, during or after development and/or implementation must not be used anywhere else neither for personal, commercial or for any other purpose. Doing so will break the trust between me (the employer) and the bidder, and will prevent me from dealing with the bidder again.
- An extremely brief support might be required. I've got some coding knowledge.

Modified Terms of payment (disregard earlier one submitted on 01/05/2010):

- Payment will be made through freelancer.com
- Payment will be on a milestone basis
- 30% when the front-end design is ready and I can view it
- 20% when the site (as per my requirements) is ready and uploaded to the bidder's server for me to view, test and comment
- 50% when everything is finalized, comments actioned/implemented and all source code is with me
