custom work on cs-cart

WE are looking for a competent and price competitive php programmer to do some minor custom work on our [login to view URL];sl=EN , which is already functioning. This is a php/mysql website. We are using the cs-cart shopping so cs-cart experience would be a plus although not necessary. We need the following changes: 1. add a field to profile fields of customer so that admin can assign (through the existing control panel) either one of 2 payment methods: purchasing order or COD. If a client is a assigned the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method then that customer should only be able to choose the COD payment method when making an order. 2. Our database is currently setup to handle inventory for 1 store. We want to modify it so that it can handle 9 stores. So we would need to modify the inventory table as well as the control panel for admin at the back end whre modifications can be made to inventory as well as the search form and results at the front end. Also we would need to modify our current feature to bulk upload data so that it handles inventory data for 9 stores. We do not care about keeping track of inventory at all. We just need clients to find out whether the products they want in the quantity they want it is available or not in each of the nine stores. We will have one of our emplyees upload the inventory data on a daily basis to the website (since most of our sales are done over the counter through our nine stores we will upload inventoty changes daily to the website through the bulk upload feature we already have but you will need to modify. When a client does a search we want the following: if the desired quantity for the product code searched is available in store one then the results should show the word “Yes” for Store one. If the desired quantity for the product code searched is NOT available in store one then the result should show the word “No”. We want a given search result to be shown in table format where the 9 rows wil be the nine stores and the column will have the value YES or NO as explained above. We want the results of a search to be done in this way because we do not want to disclose how many inventory we have for each part on each of our nine stores. 3. Our database searches are taking too long. WE would like to get a significant increase on speed on getting results on searches for products on our database.
