Wanted: Coders in NYC/ Northern New Jersey

I am looking to develop long term relation with expert coder for all my growing business needs. I would like this to be a coder that lives near where I live so there can be regular contact and support. I live in Closter, New Jersey which is about 5 miles from New York City. Some of the things I need help with are my rebuilding my search engine, future coding, future script implentation, modification of current scripts, and design. I would love to explain more about what I plan to do and any future work we can have together.
