Twitter web app

Need an web app with the following requirements: 1. This application has to be integrated with twitter API and PHP or .Net. 2. If any user tweets to @twitterAccount with the desired hashtag (ex: #HelloTwitterAccount) an automated tweet with a picture should be sent to that user with a custom message (message + signature) on that picture. 3. Once the user tweets with the above mentioned method, the picture should be made available on our we server as an HTML link (ex: [login to view URL]). 4. In that signed picture URL, below the picture there should be a share/tweet buttons to share on facebook or tweet it. 5. We should have an insight on how many picture tweets has been sent to users and how many clicks each picture tweet got. 6. The app owner should have control to set the duration of this app (ie., how long this campaign should run, in days) 7. Once the duration is completed the campaign should end and send a reminder to the owner of the app and the client's registered email. 8. We should be able to create multiple apps for different clients.
