very Basic website for homework

PLEASE READ BELOW AND THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. MAX BID FOR THE PROJECT SHOULD BE NO MORE THAT $35 FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT READ BELOW FOR THE REASON FOR THE PRICE I don’t care about the design or if it is beautiful or the color. I have a design that I will give you but if you already have don’t something similar to this you don’t even have to code anything but copy and past the content that I will give you. This is just a small class project and nothing big at all and again I don’t care how it looks as long as it works. PLEASE BECAUSE OF WHAT I AM SAYING ABOVE I WILL NOT RESPOND TO BIDS MORE THAN $35 FOR THE entire project because I can buy this at templating website for less. I am really just interested in the SOURCE code that is why I am here. I need help to build a website. This will be a very very basic static website. Nothing fancy at all. This is for a class project so nothing complicated. I will provide all the content. I need this project completed in no more than 30hrs from now. I will need the source code as well so no getting a template from a different site but if you can do that and have the source code its fine. You may use the programming language/technology of your choice for the implementation of the Web site. For example: HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, jsp, Java Servlet, ColdFusion, PHP, etc. Note: If you already have a design that will work fine for this you can use that as well, As long as your design has all the component of what I want my website to look like then its fine. This is an example of what I want it to look like This is an example of what this website will look like but it will be even more less complicated in the contact us page, services page and home page but if you have something else that can work and you can just change name of tabs and add the pictures that I will give you then its fine.
