558340 Joomla + SOBI Pro developer for many small tasks.

I am looking for a JOOMLA developer that has experience with SOBI PRO extension and directory type websites. I am starting a new directory website and have a list of tasks needed to be done. 1. I want an easy steps shown on how businesses can list their listings on my website. I want the steps to have visual aid guide and in numbers. e.g step 1."register on our site" step 2. ..etc.. With that Steps. I want to be able to edit the steps if needed. 2. Integration with Ijoomla Ad agency. I have bought Ijoomla Ad agency and I want businesses to be able to advertise their banners on my site with different zones/layout. Please provide different zones and different ads so that I can just copy the ads that you have setup and adjust it myself for my own information in the admin area. But for advertisers they should be able to register and log in their advertiser panel. To advertise on my site e.g banners should be on Ijoomla Adgency and to advertise or list a business it should be on SobiPro. I'm also having trouble with Ijoomla Ad Agency not showing up on my Joomla If you are familiar and have worked with Ijoomla Ad agency before, you are an advantage. Listings: I want to show the listings from "Featured Listing" first (advertisers) and make it obvious and elegant with border and light blue background like ebay,then organic listing the rest. But I want Business image (thumbnail) to show on the right side, instead of the left side. example link is: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] On a particular business/listing i want a tab where it looks like this: [login to view URL] Location Tab: On the location tab I want users to be able to get directions from Google Map but still on my web site. e.g [login to view URL] Once if users click on the map on top, then it will show the "Get Directions" button. Once users enter their address, Google map will load but it will show still on my webpage. eg. [login to view URL] I don't want the Google map to load on Google website. 3. I want the search tab to be in the middle such on www. [login to view URL] - big and make it obvious like the website mentioned. Also, I want the auto suggestion to be able to come when users type a word on the search box on the "What are you looking for" and "Location" 4. Vcard / Fields For different businesses, there should be different fields they can choose E.g Restaurant businesses, should have the field option Specialty Cuisine Function Payment Method Where as Finance brokers have field option Service Option Specialty Assurance These are just some of the examples and i want all different business to choose any Field they wish but I also want to be able to charge those different fields. I want specific businesses to be able to add field if needed but it will cost them on the SobiPro. Please include all different fields. If you have worked with Sobipro, then you would probably have fields that you have worked on. I want you to include all the possible fields name that businesses can add and choose. If it's possible, categories the fields if necessary. e.g as above, for a restaurant fields business should see or choose fields that is relevant to restaurant business. Where as it would be different field shown for finance brokers. Mortgage brokers business would see services, brand, prices, opening hours, etc If your not sure what I mean, please let me know. Also, I want business to able to add their facebook pages. But also to charge this field with facebook image e.g. "Follow us". Once click it will go to their facebook page. But I also want default on all business listings to have "facebook, Google Plus and Twitter" share buttons Templates: I want a suitable template for my directory. Something that is clean and its relevant my business directory contents. I need someone who is able to make similar template such as edirectory demo website. and the following templates below. This should be done through Ijoomla Ad Agency. I want sample ads on the Ijoomla Ad agency being done. Event Extension I'm pretty sure there might be a Event Extension where registered paid users can add events I want users to be able to add event on my site when they registered. There would be simple steps involved in registering a user for events. Once registered, user would be add events and they just need to tick which fields they need they need to pay the fields) and they can type to fill in the blanks. e.g If they want "Time" field, they just need to tick it and once ticked they need to type they own configuration. e.g. Time: 9.30pm (9.30pm) is what they had typed. This is different to a logo image. For a logo image, business should be charged as well. Also I would prefer to have image rotator where the images automatically rotates based on how many user uploads the images. But also viewers can press next on an image. And once pressed on the thumbnail, viewers can view images on a larger scale. sample: [login to view URL] View on right side The Image option should not only be on the Events but also on Listing. **I want it to have "out of the box" feeling where I can just start my business operation, which is getting clients and not worry about anymore technical issues that would arise. e.g if i received an error on a page where a php error is shown" Also, I want to see samples of sobipro that you have worked on.**
