Webdesign creation

Hi folks, I am looking for a web designer to design my website for me. I will register the domain name and hosting and all the rest. Just looking for a designer. The site is a web design and hosting site. I will want some sort of flash on it, maybe a banner and flash intro. I will also want a logo. My company is called eirware. Our slogan is "bringing Your Ideas Forward". I will need the site to appear in major search engines under "web design dublin" and "budget design and hosting" for example. I will also want a page where people can submit a request online. They can tell me what their site will look like and what they will want, ie will they want ecommerce, a logo etc and then it will be submitted to myself and I will give them a quote based on what I was given. I dont think this is a difficult job, but I want a coder with past experience in website design and hosting please. Some examples of your work will also be required. I would really like it to be unigue, not like a lot of designing sites I have seen. If it is done to an exceptional standard, there may be a bonus aswell, and also the opportunity of more work in the near future. I would like the usual stuff on the site, a portfolio page, about, contact etc, but would also like a client logon where I give them a user name and password for them to log on and to see the progress of their site. When they log on, they can see when the site was started, percentage completed, and a link to its current progress... Iwill leave this to you. If this site can be done in frontpage, I would prefer as I can change the text around myself should I need to.
