Hello. I would like to develop a website to enable my office assistant to manage his jobs, online. The website should have two login areas: one for the job submitter (who would need to register with his contact information and a registration fee payable via PayPal, first), and the other for my office assistant, Harry. Harry should be able to schedule his jobs online and ask questions to the job poster and also be able to upload a picture/confirmation/scanned document signifying the completion of a given task. For the latter, email templates would need to be put in place. The scheduler must be intuitive and simple to use, much like Google Calendar. Flash based schedulers are OK but javascript/AJAX is preferred.
The job submitter must be allowed to drag and drop files in a flash based drop-box system and provide descriptions for the jobs associated with each uploaded job-file, in formatted text, just like an email. A live-chat help system (no pop-ups!) will also be required to be implemented for direct communication between the job submitter and Harry. Harry's login must have a 'wall' much like the Facebook wall, where job submitters may post thank you / appreciation notes or comments.
A very basic admin area to modify colors, text, background images for the website pages, add pages, modify text and add/delete members, will be necessary. This must be flash driven. I would like a clean look for the website with flash on the opening page and attractive javascript drop-down menus that will be customizable in the admin section.
I would like the project to be based off of a website template (suggested by the developer, which I will pay for) and completed in under 10 days and my budget is 300 USD, sans template costs.
