Details are below ## Deliverables Online Job Interview Flash Component Job interview system is a web component which will help the job posters to take an online interview of the job seekers. **Job Poster Responsibilities ** They will decide the interview time They will select the job seeker and send him a email that his interview will be conducted at e.g. 1:00pm GMT etc Job Poster will come online and sign in to Flash Based System where he will supply his login information. After login information he will be notified that he has following number of interviews present today. In a list with Person Names and Timings. If some persons are online, then person’s names are green otherwise red. Job Taker will double click on a job seeker name and starts his interview. During Interview both sides video and audio chat must be saved on server. Which can be viewed by Job Taker at any time. Job Seeker He will register himself He will get email of interview; interview time is emailed to him He will reply positive if he wants to give interview He will come to site and use the login provided to him from Job Poster and login to a Flash Based system. If his interview time is passed then he will be notified that he had already given the interview or his time passed. If his interview time is there after 1 hour or in between 1 hour then he will logged in. He will see a status of Job Poster, if job poster is also online. Job Poster will start the interview using Voice and Video chat. After interview is complete, when job poster will click complete interview, the job seeker interview screen will be logged out
