To develop a web authoring tool. Developing a web authoring tool using Java API and applets. This will just be a simple HTML editor that is not WYSIWYG. It will have the following features [login to view URL] main text editor, HTML view and the preview/browser [login to view URL] must maintain a consistent internal document model adhering to the DTD and XML. Must have ability to change headings and styles 7. Must be capable of changing styles in preview. All the fonts, color chooser etc should be present. 8. Must support printing 9. Needs to support CSS [login to view URL] multimedia enhancement needed. 11. All menus and toolbars should be accessible by providing ALT's and shortcuts e.g ctrl + S I will like to keep this HTML editor as simple as possible and i will need the UML or any form of diagram presented before the project is approved. I dont need this tool to provide presentation(Just accessible content) I have an example of html editor that i want developed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
