Stock data conversion

Hi, I am using Metastock(Equis International) for stock charting and analysing stock data."The Downloader" is inbuilt programe for convert data from one format to another format. The downloader support one source data folder and one destination folder at a time. 1) At present I have to download two datafiles(.csv) from exchange websites(It's free ). 2) manual intermediate conversion with the help of excel [login to view URL] conversion is necessary, to read source file, by "The downloader"( I'll provide macro) 3) Final conversion with help of "The downloader", by selecting one source file(Converted in step no 2) and one destination folder. I need programe or dll, so that 1) My required two data files are download,convert as per step no 2 2) Two Converted files (Source folders) can be select simultneously, and convert data to multiple destination folders.
