Need 10 Simple HTML Templates

I am building a page with a collection of downloadable templates and I need 10 very SIMPLE HTML templates that people can download from my site.

<b>I just got burned by another coder so I will not accept any bid until I can see a sample of the kind of work you will do.</b>

1) The templates should NOT have many graphics (company logo, and a few other images) I also do not want a lot of javascript in the design templates. Simple is very important. A left or right navigation, 2-3 colors, a couple of images and a lot of white space in the center for text is what I'm looking for.

2) They should all look different

3) Each template should be sent inside a seperate folder with all the necessary files (CSS, images, and [url removed, login to view])

4) The templates should not have any copyrights attached. Please make sure they are your designs and are free to distribute via my website.

5) I must see samples before I accept your bid. If you can send me a couple of gifs so I can see what the templates look like then that will help me choose.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
