I need an website similar to datpiff dot com and livemixtapes dot com but totally different functionality. Users of the website must have the function of uploading there mixtape via a upload system separately one by one or by zip or rar or any other compressing MP3 or [login to view URL] also allowed to post mixtape art front and back cover. For the project, these are my terms: ( No Money Upfront) 1. I will not pay a penny for part completion. If you can't finish the job, please don't bid. 2. Milestones will not be created, the full amount will be transferred to your account on completion of the project and after the code being thoroughly tested. I avoid this cause I had to create disputes before as some freelances could not deliver. Do not push me to create milestones. I will cancel the project immediately. You give me work, and I pay.
