Hi, There are two websites [login to view URL] and devaworld.com. Both are created in fusebox framework of coldfusion. They both are using common database structure and site structure. Many of the products of [login to view URL] is also in devaworld.com. We want to shut down the website [login to view URL] and only want to use devaworld.com. So in order to preserve the links of the products in [login to view URL] we need to map them to the same product /bio/review page in [login to view URL] and for that we need urlrewriting. (some of the product/bio/review IDs for the same items in both the sites are different, thats why we need to have the mapping database of them first.) This initial url rewriting and the mapping database table will be on [login to view URL], so that anyone visiting [login to view URL]'s product's/bio's/review's/item's, etc. page will be redirected to [login to view URL]'s product page. (Can you do url masking to prevent redirecting?) I assume that the mapping database could reside on [login to view URL]'s server and also the rewrite rule to forward to the appropriate page's in devaworld.com. After this is done we need another url rewriting in [login to view URL] to make the url's search engine frienfly. Like: [login to view URL] should be in the form of : [login to view URL] or possibly more short URL. so maybe: [login to view URL] could be: [login to view URL] or more small like: [login to view URL] This URL rewrite should be on devaworld.com. We don't need the redirection from something like [login to view URL] to [login to view URL], but we need the page to be displayed without redirection. Maybe ISAPI filter could handle this or something else. Kindly quote for the work. Love, Angel
