Asp.net mvc dynamic website

We need a website coded in asp.net (mvc pattern), using jquery and sql. Very decided on the technology and can't change that b/c of other reasons.
We have designs ready as well as a good designer and will provide all necessary images, cut and modified as you need.
Here are the necessary features:
- **Client List pages** (3-5 pages that look similar just have different data feeding them)
Will display a list of clients (their picture and a name), once clicked on should open a modal with more pictures and description. Data should come sql server.
Will need to have filtering options at the top to filter by several characteristics.
Will need to have sorting options
Will need paging
- **Project Page**
Will display a list of projects that are in development. Just text that comes from SQL server

- **Equipment Page**
Will display a list of available equipment. Just text that comes from SQL server

- **Main Admin Page** (page to manage clients, projects and equipment)

Allow clients to modify their own description using a rich text editor.
- **Login/Registration Pages**
We need role based login/registration functionality. A lot of it is already built into Microsoft MVC pattern, so if you're familiar with it, that would be the best. We need two roles: Admin and Client.
Admins can login and have access to all areas
Clients can only login and modify their descriptions
I would love to be highly involved and have daily code check-ins.
