New real estate website with Joomla 2.5 We need a VERY experienced PHP coder or a team. You need to be ready for many custom hacks and multiple changes. I don't mean simple changes and tunings in standard Joomla code. If you are not very familiar with Joomla, PLEASE DO NOT BID. You need to be experienced in Ajax as well because all the Search and Filtering Functionality will be done by Ajax. Our component is Realtyna, and template is done by Warp Framework. If you have Realtyna and Warp knowledge or experience, it will be a plus. We decided all the details and functionality of the website and already prepared a mockup design of the front page. Mockup designs of other pages (listings page, property details page, detailed search page etc.) will be done after we see the full functionality of our component in live. Please bid your price as per hour (max. 25$ per hour) and send your related reference projects. Once we select the programmer, we will open the real project specifically for that person.
