Create a wordpress plugin

Need to generate a fully test wordpress plugin for an interactive map. Date for map will be provided and managed by Atkins Global and will be post code based. UK map only. When inserted in a page it should have the following functions: The interactive map must provide the following functions:  Post code checker facility (7 digit post codes) and if feasible, a place name checker.  Map scale facility similar to that of Google Maps.  Provide the “Considerations” front page within the map facility to ensure viewers acknowledge the caveats which apply.  An easy to use zoom facility (free hand and zoom by district).  Representation of postcode based data into colour coded areas showing the geography of broadband plans in the county  A key to describe the colour coded representation of broadband plans in the county.  Ability to regularly update the interactive map utilizing postcode based data provided.  Include the a defined brand.  Ease of use to the customer  Show specific information for particular post codes and to provide CTA to the user. (Call to Action) An example is [login to view URL] and their post code checker facility.  Fully mobile and tablet compatible.  Interactive map to be embedded within a page
