Data entry - recreate forms using WordPress / Gravity Forms

Experienced Gravity Forms user required to recreate a series of web forms. There are 7 forms in total which need recreating using Gravity Forms. You should divide each section into "Section Breaks" and "Page Breaks". Here is an example of one of the original forms: [login to view URL] Here is the first one complete and migrated over to Gravity Forms: [login to view URL] Note: we do not require the Save For Later feature.  Some field types aren't possible in this format in Gravity Forms and thus you should use sensible alternatives. Please consult my demo form for examples. You will have access to wp-admin to create these forms. You will not have access to update any CSS. CSS Ready Classes from Gravity Forms should be used where appropriate to aid with layout and formatting: [login to view URL] You should also use the Conditional Logic provided by Gravity Forms so that any field not relevant to the user are not displayed. I expect you to fill-out my completed form ([login to view URL]) so that you can see the page sections and conditional logic in action.
