Hi, I am Zakari Abdul, a representative of Exceptional Virtual Designs and Concepts, a team of 15 individuals who are vastly experience and talented in various aspects of ICT. Our seven years as a group we have handled projects for both government and private establishments in Nigeria, projects ranging from apps development, websites development and programming . You will permit us to use our experience to benefit your project, off course, if you want excellent quality project execution you will hire experience hands, especially, us. Recently, we are planning to expand our services beyond Africa and that is why consider this platform(freelancer) the best place to start our expansion and hopefully you will be part of what make it possible, I mean you will probably be our first client outside africa.
