Convert HTML page to Wordpress theme

Hello, I'm looking for someone, who’s able to convert one page html template based on Bootstrap 3 in Wordrpress template. This Theme has two special functions: 1) Full width post carousel 2) Modal window with post’s details. (Something like this) Part 1: Úvod 1.1 Post carousel Full width post carousel - with 3 last posts from one selected category (category's name: "topcat”). After click on the button, will be opened modal window with details of selected post. I'll be glad if it will be possible just in template, without plugin, but if it will be only one option, I respect this. 1.2 Post name 1.3 The Excerpt 1.4 Open modal window with post detail 1.5 Picture will be post_thumbnail Part 2: Kurzy - limit of displayed posts is 9 2.1 Posts: Post from category named "kurzy" 2.2 Pictures will be post_thumbnails 2.3 The Excerpt 2.4 For open modal window with selected post details Part 3: O nás 3.1 Content: Here will be displayed content from one concrete page (named for example "o-nas". If this is not possible, you can use display post with category named "o-nas" 3.2 Picture will be post_thumbnail Part 4: Řekli o nás 4.1 Here willl be displayed Testimonials from plugin "Testimonial Rotator". This part I'll coding myself. Part 5: Kontakty 5.1 Blog author avatar picture 5.2 Blog author contact informations 5.3 Contact form Part 6: Footer this part will be without changes Part 7 ([login to view URL]): Modal window with post details 7.1 Post name 7.2 Content or excerpt 7.3 Array : price 7.4 Tabs Tabs will be realized with help of plugin Easy responsive tab ([login to view URL]) 7.3 post_thumbnail I need this job in next few days finalize.
