AI software writer wanted that specializes in Black & White photo colorizations,large quantities

Hello. I am a unique artist,and I am also a unique video engineer/editor. I am working on a couple of unique black and white video colorization projects. I use pro video editing and creation software. The software that I use breaks up a video clip into a numbered image and or photo sequence. This way,a video clip can be totally re-assembled,with out to much trouble. I need to find a AI black and white photo colorization expert,that can write or create a software program,that will colorize black and white photos and/or images,in LARGE quantities,and or large batches. Like 100 to 500 black and white pictures,at one time. Algorithmia works good,BUT, it will only colorize one image at a time. I need to greatly speed up the process,so a black and white video clip and or clips can be colorized, very quickly. The photo and or image format used, can be JPEG, or PNG. Also, the software program can be a nice STAND Alone program, or, you can create a unique PLUG IN App, that will work with the video editing software that I use,if you want to. I use Video Pad Master's Edition. Video Pad can use a Plug In App,that is called, Virtual Dub. If you need to see it,Video Pad can be downloaded,for free. Look up NCH software. Virtual Dub can also be downloaded,for free,if you need to see it. Also, Algorithmia can be used at any time, for free, for your own black and white photo colorization tests, experiments, and comparisons. They also have a downloaded-able program and or programs, that you can use,and maybe it can help you out. One is called Video Tool Box. Another one they have is for black and white pictures. The programs use a language or something that is called "Python". I do video editing/engineering, and I am NOT a software writing expert. I use Windows 7, 64bit.
