Ongoing Design Work Graphic / Product Design

This will be ongoing design work and mock ups for key customer accounts. This will include layouts for pens, notepad bags etc and at the same time making artwork to size for production in AI format if the order progresses Some experience with product design for retail and promotional lines would be perfect but not essential. Artwork would need to be completed quite quickly (few hours ideally) sometimes, however most of the time i have longer periods 2-3 days to complete the work. There is the opportunity for larger projects as well coming up with characters for notepads etc so this is a varied and interesting work. My work is quite sporadic so there is sometimes a lot and other times the business can be quite slow. Also do please note I have a full time designer at the moment who leaves in a few months so I am looking to recruit 2 or possibly 3 designers who can work on items quickly for me if needed.
