Design a seawater desalination system using Solar Parabolic trough collector technology based on

multi-flash effect technique to produce 400 MLD. Consider the inlet conditions as 25oC and 1 bar.

Evaluate the system economic analysis in terms of cost savings and return on investment. Also

discuss effect of brine on the environment
