Real Estate Printable Flyer Designs in HTML/CSS & convert to PDF or JPG

I need 2 neutral real estate PRINTABLE flyer templates and 3 css color schemes or styles to go with each flyer. These flyers will be distributed over the internet and they need to be built in html/css and depend on images and logos in a relative location or accessible via an http://www... Address. I need to be able to easily edit each flyer using html to change the picture links and other info on the flyer as detailed below. However, I would like a way to automatically convert the flyer html file over the web to either a PDF or a JPG so that the users can easily print the flyers because things like body and table backgrounds in html do not print. Let me stress here, the flyers will be built in a web authoring language (html, css, flash, I don’t care what), but the flyers will be printed and need to fit a single page and look great after being printed out. Perhaps a function where a user click the link to the flyer and the server generates a PDF version of the html file or something along those lines – I’m open for ideas here. Agent Name 2. agent phone 3. agent email 4. agent website 5. company name 6. agent photo (ratio of 3wide by 4high – maximum of 150px wide by 200px tall) 7. One main photo for the home AND between 3 and 6 additional photos – All photos have a ratio of 3wide by 2tall with a maximum of 500px wide. 9. Listing description (around 100-150 words long) 10. listing details that include: - Price - MLS # - Number of Bedrooms – Number of Bathrooms – Street Address – City – State – Zip 11. Home Heading (title) 12.
