Interesting job as I just finished a job of very similar kind to read back AC (230V/60Hz) voltage and current using off the shelf Hall effect current transducer from Allegro Microsystems and differential voltage sensing (non galvanic isolated approach as the communication part has digital isolator) to read VA / W of the connected load. It's kind of similar one but I have few queries regarding max current and few other things. You also haven't mentioned what kind of readback resolution you are in need of. I can design this product nicely. I have a plan to use a micro controller for it. My bid includes, designing the schematic, PCB layout designs, building the firmware for the MCU being used in this design as well as making 2-3 prototypes for building the firmware and ship 2 pcs to your for testing and verifications. I have proper testing bench to test everything related to this product. I am licensed Eagle CAD designer and using this tool not less than 10 years beside having 25+ years of programming experience in C and over 30 years in electronic designs.
