Develop a Mac Application

I have a website I need made into an apple store app. Please Take the time to look at the website and notice that it is a Wordpress blog site which has several pages. One page has Vloggs (which are from Youtube and need to be watchable) One page has most posts (which just need to be able to be scrolled through and read) One page is a questionnaire it is hosted on 'Typeform' and utilizes a google spreadsheet, a person answers 7 questions and then the answers will draw information from the spreadsheet and show the 5 posts which best suit the persons answers to the questions. I need you to make an app - preferably using an easy app builder program as I have a strict micro budget and the app will be offered FREE. The app needs to be the same as the site and work the same as the site. Please don't offer a low amount and then put up your price - all you need to know to accurately quote is explained here When finished I need to OWN the work, and have the ability to list the app myself in my own app developer account in the store. Just so you know an Identical job to build an android app is also on offer.
