QA Test Automation Manager

The QA Test Automation Manager is responsible for leading the QA test automation function, as well as for defining and delivering the QA test automation strategy.   Key Responsibilities   Hands-on leadership of the QA Test Automation function in Product Delivery Spain Definition and hands-on implementation of the QA Test Automation Strategy Management of the QA Test automation team. Accountable for leading to a fast implementation and an effective adoption of test automation best practices across all teams in Product Delivery Spain Accountable for an effective automation of all Regression and Smoke Test in all products. Overall accountability for all aspects of the test automation area, including technical strategy, processes, tools, specific team resources management, strategy execution and continuous review. Ensure constant alignment of the Test Automation function with the global QA strategy. Promote industry test automation best practices to internal/external teams, as needed. Evangelize, promote and ensure, in sync with the Product Delivery leadership team, the implementation of a continuous integration approach in all products’ DLC.
