Descripción de empleo<br /><br />The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and processes for our Communication Service Provider Customers. The professional interface directly with our customers and be able to proactively propose solutions that will meet their needs, create a knowledge base and share knowledge with other team members and development teams as well as outline cross-application solutions for customer needs, which will later be used by development teams as the guideline for the actual system solution. The Business Analyst perform internal and external design reviews at various stages of a release and serve as a professional business and technical authority for both the customer and internally.<br /><br />Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados<br /><br />· Functional Competencies in CRM, Ordering and Self Service Application from Telco. <br /><br />· Business Process understanding and validation. Capability to understand the process from the daily Telecom business.<br /><br />· Interface between business areas to Development teams. Gather, Specify and translate business requirement.<br /><br />· Validate Software over business, to certificate the delivered software attends the business requirement.<br /><br />· Support user application adoption.<br /><br />· Expertise on Telecommunication – Knowledge on TMForum eTom framework.<br /><br />· PMO Skills (No certification required )– Scope definition and negotiation. Delivery schedule planning.
