We are looking for an expert to help us configure, troubleshoot and monitor ArrisTM608. You are going to train our Engineer on this and assist in documenting the process as well.
Below are the additional tasks:
- We will provide TeamViewer / Any Desk access to the device by connecting the device with a PC / Laptop.
- We can ping the device and access the web status page. However we are not able to access the WEB configuration page.
- We cannot telnet access to the device as well.
- You have to access the configuration of the device. Configure our SIP trunk and make successful call using the device.
- You will have to write small instruction set on how to configure, troubleshoot and test the device.
- It should be a simple task for the right person who knows the stuff.
