assistance with administration/purchasing

Hi,

I have a company in Sweden which I have owned now for 5 years I sell merchandise on a website in Sweden similar to Ebay in the U.S at the moment I am selling mostly dropshipping which means I order my products from chinese sellers and they send the parcels directly to my customer adress in Sweden.

The work has increased and now I am looking for some help with handling some administration and in future if that works good to also work on the purchase department.

The basic job is simple for the administration part but it takes time.

if I may explain it briefly and if I like your proposal perhaps we can discuss further details.

1. I order my products from a website called [login to view URL]

2. my chinese seller sends out the product to my customer when they do I get an email stating that the item has been sent and when I log in to aliexpress from my email I can see for what order and what the tracking nr is.

3. I copy the tracking nr and write the customer name in a website program called sello which is connected to the ebay similar site I sell on and when I get the order for the customer I paste the tracking nr as a note for the customer order and I send premade written mail and paste the tracking nr in this mail and send it out directly using sello to the customer so they receive the information on there email.

Another thing I do is that I get notifications on my email regarding the shipments that the "purchase protection is running out that aliexpress offers when I buy the items from the chinese suppliers that means that either the item has arrived to the customer or it has not but I have to check it manually inside aliexpress 90 % of the times the product arrives and I can see it on aliexpress but than there is few orders that dont arrive according to the tracking nr and for those orders I have to open a dispute with the chinese seller and get a refund but if the time goes out and I dont check it I will lose my money so I am hoping you can help me with these two things for starters.

I am calculating the work per day is between 2-3 hours and if this works out good I have more work with the purchasing part but lets start here do you think this is something you are interested in doing for me ? hope we can discuss it.
