Mailchimp Integration expert needed

Hi,

We have a new app in the market. We would like to target our users and subscribers via mailchimp email marketing campaigns. Our data is hosted on AWS in a mySql database. We are looking for the following data sets and templates:

1. All unverified users.

2. All verified users

3. All verified users and subscribers

4. All subscribers

5. All verified users who haven't logged on in the last xx days

6. All verified users with replies to their threads that they haven't read in xx days.

7. All verified Android users

8. All verified iOS users.

9. All verified new users in the last xx/yy/zz date or since last new user campaign.

10. To be discussed.

Optional: Templates: We need 3-5 templates designed that we can use for various campaigns. Some of these campaigns would be set to auto-execute (like 5,6,9).

This is an app that helps people fight diseases and has no ads and is completely free. I have undertaken this project to help people. So needless to say, money is very tight. I need a heavy hitter who can setup this environment for me for an economical price.
