Create Mail Merge with Word 2013 and possibly Word 2010. Connect to MySQL database as the source.

Need help setting up a mail merge in Word. Will be printing to envelopes. I have a mysql database table full of names and addresses and want to use it as my source. I'd like to be able to just open up Word, directly to envelopes, and select recipients from this data source. That way, whenever the database is updated, the contact information is automatically ready for me. I don't need help with anything in the actual mysql table, just setting up the mail merge. Please only bid if you feel like you can accomplish this in a short period of time. I'm assuming someone who has experience with this could probably have it done in less than an hour. This feels a lot like a micro project to me. Negotiable if you are confident you can fix it fast.
