I have had developed a few servers before and have required experience. I do know about multithreading and can use both Task<T> or Thread whichever you prefer. From your current description I'm not sure what kind of game it will be and how much stress it will put on server but I will try to adapt to any situation. I'm new freelancer and I'm not going to charge much, after all programming is hobby to me and I will greatly do any programming related task at lowest rates possible.
