• Develop a mobile phone Application that supports iOS and Android Operating Systems • The following features and functionalities will be included in the said Application: - Patient will be able to log-on to the Application - Patient will need to enter or type in the date and time information on the system - Patient will have to enter or type in his/her medical records on a daily basis (Monday-Sunday) - Patient will be able to fill in needed data/information under each field: o Time o Blutglucose o KU o NovoRapid o Lantus o Special Case - Patient will have to enter or type in his/her medical data/information under the “Special Case” field • The mobile phone application will be shown as a Dashboard with graph/s for a patient to review • “Special Case” field will show a List for a patient to select • Patient will be able to export his/her list of medical records through e-mail the graphs should be look a like as "Health" application of apple 6 and on the other side its simple adding the record on daily bases plus there should be a reminder for adding the record as well
