The app has to work on (iPhone, Android Mobile, iPad, Android Tablet, Windows) This is how the app flows: Create log-in User gets to choose either a) Printer Manufacturer (HP/Samsung/Canon etc. b) Cartridge Type (Inkjet / Toner ) c) Cartridge number OR d) Printer model number Based on this information the app displays the Shot Code – Long Code – Type of Cartridge and the Printer Models. Request confirmation. Display rate for refilling and reconditioning (with message – the decision to refill or recondition will be taken after we receive and test the cartridge. You will be informed and approval will be take before proceeding) Display time slots for pick-up. Request location for pickup also request location for delivery (if different) Display information and request confirmation. Give payment options Take to payment gateway if net payment Close if COD If not found in database (Display message – sorry currently not available – but will get back as soon as the product is serviceable. For non – app user, the same can be done from website. Integrate SMS gateway and payment gateway. Provision for logistic and tracking. Please indicate time frame also.
