Hi folks , I am looking for experienced and well versed iOS developers(proficient in objective C,swift,ipad) , which can help me build an app for weather analysis and its implications for the traffic in the area. The interface for the app should be user friendly and easy to understand. It should indicate the air quality index and pollution in the area . I don't know about any API's out there but maybe open source API's can be used to procure the data. The app should be able to do push notifications, alerts specific to the weather in the area.(air quality index alert, air direction and speed alert). Please send the detailed estimate with suggested name of API's , features and suggestions for graphic design. I will see the estimate and we can have a chat about the direction of project.
