React Native Mobile Developer with GraphQL, AWS Cognito, S3/Cloudfront integration skills

We’re looking for an intermediate to advance front-end React Native mobile developer to help build an exciting new media sharing platform. The product functionality includes the following features: - Capturing new images, converting to thumbnails, and upload them with their metadata (such as location of the capture, timestamp, description). - Search the uploaded images with their metadata, and display the search result. - Get details of a specific image (From the search result) - Favorite/Un-favorite any specific image or set of images - Commenting on a particular image. The project is based on React Native front end, and AWS Backend. The developer must not only be able to create a great user experience but also must have experience on integrating with AWS backend, namely Cognito, CloudFront/S3 and AWS AppSync (GraphQL API) The developer should be good in working in an agile environment with a solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as github and test driven development. There are a total of 11 +/- 2 screens. Most of these screens are either static pages or simple to implement. The right developer will have experience in the following: • Ability to brainstorm on the user experience based on the front end design idea that we have. • Translation of finalized user/frontend design into front-end code. • Front-end integration with Cognito, CloudFront/S3, AppSync/GraphQL • Ability to deliver unit-tested code using CI/CD pipeline (git being the source repository) Project Scope & Deliverables: 1. Working react-native code for mobile front-end with all the above functionalities. 2. Test suit for mobile front-end functionality. 3. Any other relevant configuration files and documentation.
