Hello Sending notification to specific user in Ionic 1 is what I'm confident in. I can really help you as soon as possible. 1) To logout user automatically when the app shut down, you should catch closing time and the method is using window.unload. 2) What push notification provider are you using? I have to look at your project to figure out exact cause of error. 3) Pushbots has sending message to specific user by using alias as standard. You should have backend to send notification to specific user if you use other notification provider. I'm expert in AngularJS(not Angular 2 - 6 because I'm focusing on React) and Cordova.
