Hi friend, I have done similar type of work. I could parse JSON data and store in SQL Server Database. If you want to send these data to apps then you need to make api. For API you should use ASP.NET WebAPI. I could develop them. I am a dedicated developer of ASP.NET. I will use ASP.NET Core Webapi, C# and SQL Server. If you want develop Mobile apps by me then I will use Xamarin.

We have a good amount of experience in maintaining the api's via collections and other means through postman and standard to develop the api's with accurate validations to be done on a server. 2. troubleshooting SQL queries We have a good amount of experience in using SQL Database Based projects with high capacity data storage along with complex queries for fetching the required output from the database. We have used Functions (inbuild and custom made) along with Stored procedures and loops for getting the correct and accurate results. 3. managing multi-threading and performance improvements Our General Approach is to follow and use thread based calls to all methods and use async operations for our controller based methods for improved performance and obtaining faster results.
