Mobile Time Attendance

Time attendance Application. Employees will be able: . sign on, view their work profile, update their profile and rest their password View their work daily, weekly work schedule . perform clock-in and clok-out against their scheduled shifts and also clock in and out for none scheduled shifts . View their daily and weekly attendance time sheet . View their dashboard (statistical figures) of their current work schedule and attendance . Supervisor will be able to : a. view who is working and where they are working at and view their attendance details in maps b. clock-in or clock-out any employee c. view the daily statistics or dashboard for his organization or company API on the back end is completed and ready to be used by the developer. Complete the current APP project by fixing the current bugs of the system and build whatever missing. 1- Stage#1 of the APP is almost 90% completed 2- Stage#1 has 33 Bugs 2 Showstoppers 5 Critical Bugs 6 Major bugs 15 Normal and Average bugs 5 Minor Bugs _______________________________________________________________________________ Expected outcome and Requirements from the developer 1- Must speak, communicate and write in Arabic language 2- Must be Egypt or any other Arabic country 3- Perform Unit testing before delivery of the APP. That requires also going out side of the office to perform the testing for Geofencing 4- Developer will be given a united testing document that he need to go over it and perform the unit testing items before delivery of the APP. 5- Perform regular phone meetings using Skype and any other tool (once per week or 1 per 2 weeks) to discuss the project and any pending issues 6- Send me a brief weekly update on the status of the development and finished tasks. 7- Developer will be expected to add documentations to the code. Once paragraph of documentation explaining the prupose of the function and comments where possible 8- Handover the complete source code. Source code will be taken and given to a third part freelancer to confirm it and to compile it, in order to make sure source code is valid and the latest 9- Mobile APP should run on both (Android and Iphone mobiles and tablets) 10- Payment will only be paid to the developer as follow: 100% will be paid after: a. APP is delivered and placed in both Google Play store and Apple Store b. Source Code is delivered and verified by other third party c. actual delivered app is tested in real business for one month by 2 of my clients and all bugs are fixed and APP is stable and working with no issues..
