Need to develop a mobile app for one of our clients. We use Scrum Agile methodology, and currently have a cross platform global team located in HK, Eastern Europe and North America. We have chosen Flutter and started development a month ago for our 4 User facing Apps : Admin App. Doctor App, Patient App, and Patient Kiosk. The backend is HIPAA Compliant, FHIR Native, is hosted on Azure and uses SQL Server, Vonk FHIR Server and micro services exposed to Client Apps by a custom API Gateway over REST. We are looking for an expert Flutter developer with deep experience in Cross Platform Mobile Development who has delivered at least one complex app in Flutter in the past year. The candidate would be based in Eastern Europe or India and have at least 4 hours overlap per day with GMT+4:00 timezone between 09:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The candidate would have developed multiple complex published applications for at least 3 years in Cross Platform Mobile development tools with at least 2 years of development in React Native and 1 year in Flutter. We will have an initial hands-on paid trial of 2 weeks before proceeding with a long term hire of 6 months to 12 months. Please answer below questions if possible: 1.
