Overview
We are looking to have an iOS appl built that will allow us to create new purchase orders from our phones and i-pads, have those orders signed on those devices and then turn those orders into sharable PDFs that can be e-mailed or SMS messaged.
Requirements:
• All sales people will have their own unique login and passwords, as well as an admin account for our sales coordinator to update the form options when needbe (add new options, change, pricing, change tax, etc.)
• Similar to the excel spreadsheet attached, the app will have form entry fields which will be filled in via drop downs and manual entry which will create the purchase order.
• The purchase order entries will auto-populate the calculation of the products being ordered with the correct amounts, tax, discounts, etc.
• After the purchase order has been filled out it, it will need to have the ability to sign with a finger or stylus directly on the iphone or ipad, then exported as a pdf and shared via text or email
• All orders will be auto saved within that sales persons account and able to be viewed, shared, duplicated and deleted as necessary.
• Integration with SalesForce, so it can either create a new lead, or update information with an existing lead
