Hybrid Mobile app development

I need help in developing a hybrid mobile app using framework 7 and vue.js I have the design made in framework 7 and i need your help in backend development. About the app:- 1) two different logins- vendors login and user login. 2)user can browse through list of vendors with sort and filter option and can see their profile in a click. 3) users can request for a booking and vendors can accept or reject this request and can suggest them the next possible date. 4) users can directly post their requirements and the same would be shown to all the vendors so that they can quote on that requirements. 5)other basic features like messaging between user and vendor, notifications.
