GPUImage work needed for Android app

I have an existing iOS app that leverages GPUImage to modify the camera (photo/video) live for the user modifying the image to their liking before it enters the device library. I also have an existing Android app that uses GPUImage to do some of these actions.
The problem: GPUImage 2 is mature for iOS, but not Android. Meaning, there are some functionalities that still need to be implemented in Android app that will not be available in the base installed [login to view URL] functionality is specific to:
1. implementing an overlay blending mode
2. inverting an image shown on the camera live
3. being able to pull the average color pixel on the screen every frame
Needs: Developer with experience in GPUImage and OpenGL who is ready to extend the current GPUImage library to complete functions needed.
What you'll get: iOS app for code reference. The current version of the Android app. Final UI design in Sketch and Zeplin.
