GDMH Dig App

Project is the first of its kind App. Not going to get into specifics in a public forum but the work you will be doing will be some part-time work coordinated by my project engineer in finishing up features within the app. A work for hire confidentiality and NDA will be required. This app work could lead into other future projects. The person will need the following qualifications that my engineer may determine if are rigid: - Expert in javascript and mobile web page development - Worked with ebooks and/or EPUB - Understands performance within javascript - Has done highlighting/underlining within large text systems - Android or iOS experience a plus - Familiar with Monocle is a big plus - Minimum 8 years experience Consultant will implement a variety of features on a multimedia e-book including improving performance of javascript software. This is a part-time job to complete one app. The company was stalled by an engineering firm in Foster City that basically lied and defaulted on a contract that was to deliver extensive apps for the launch of a company. His wilful misconduct caused a breach of contract that took 2 years to settle and then months to dig out of a hole with no source code to fall back on. I wish i could only warn other potential clients and employees of this operation and behavior of this individual. Nonetheless, the lawsuit was settled and I am finishing up the first of the apps and am in need of a trustworthy and skillful engineer with the qualifications my engineer has described below. This company has a patent on a portion of the company that will launch at a future date as the company progresses with future apps applicable to its operation. But because of the unprofessional unscrupulous behavior of the firm in Foster City, with large publishing clients one would think would have a more ethical action instead of firing their engineers and publishing web apps with web designers and misleading my company into believing my app would be developed as contracted for. This has cost me 4 years to recover form and I am still building my app to launch the first one. For me as the owner of the company, ethics and honor are equally as important as one's ability to do the work. It the first app is successful, then the company will expand. More will be revealed once the appropriate channels have been dealt with and my engineer is comfortable with your qualifications. I look forward to talking with you.
