Hi. We are looking for freelancer team who can create and maintain high-quality but simple auction application where people can sell products to people who are near. What we need: 1. Iphone and Android phone applications (minimum) 2. Login whit Facebook and LinkedIn (and photo and detail upload) 3. Account have the two sides of the offerer and the buyer same time but different view 4. In the website must also have the opportunity to make changes account settings/functions, but app is first platform. BUYER - Can create new auction and get bids - Set location where product need (gps) - Set other details like minimum price, and start price - See owns auctions pending/open/close - Can look offerer feedback, rates, etc... - Can check in map view where all offerer are (like AirBnB) - Upload money to account and use it - See reports transaction history - Send in messages to offerer (how have open bids) - Give feedback and rate offerer after projects - Can buy whit bank account, credit card, paypal, etc... - Application hold money before he gets product - Calendar overview - when products come - Account can keep money and keep account money balance and reporting history OFFERER - Can upload her personal details - Tell delivery area - Set bids to open works what is near to him (see in map view where seller are) - Send messages to buyers (how have open bids) - See own calendar overview / delivery book / reservation book - Get money when buyer accept delivery and can withdraw it in bank account, Paypal, etc... - Can shop account money in application - Get feedback from seller - Selling stats view and few increase sales tools When deal is done and money moves, we need to split it and take fee and send some charge to other bank accounts. Applications need to be two-faced like AirBnB app (seller/offerer), and design have almost same style like AirBnB app. Tell me how you can help us??
