Add IAP feature to an Objective C Mobile App, and launch app

Before I tell you about the project, let me tell you a little about myself and my technical knowledge. I have a lot of experience in internet marketing, but I have no experience in programming or the App Store. So I am looking for a team that will help me every step along the way, from app development to submission to the App Store and ASO. I need an existing app modified and extra features added to it. The app is written in Objective C. The existing app is not yet on the App Store, it is this app template: [login to view URL] You can read it’s description for more details on it. I will be the one purchasing this template. Basically, I want this App to be modified to have a similar feature like an app called Social Bolt. Here is the link to that app: [login to view URL] The similar feature that I want added is that in Social Bolt, before you can use the App you have to get a free trial for the membership. And the free trial lasts 2 days and then it automatically bills you $69.99 every month and it auto-renews. Also I noticed that on the Social Bolt App, it has a strong Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, etc. You must make sure that my app has that to, to avoid legal complications in the future. (Note, I don’t need the Facebook and twitter options that Social Bolt has, only the Instagram option). Also, here is a clone of Social Bolt that I found: [login to view URL] This is exactly the type of clone that I am trying to make. Another thing is that since you are modifying an existing app template, changes probably will have to be made for Apple to accept it because the app we are modifying already exists on the App Store. Again, I have no experience with the App Store, so I don’t know how much changes will need to be made. Maybe since we’re adding the subscription feature that would be enough changes, or maybe it’ll take a complete reskin. You should be able to make the call. Since I have no experience with the App Store, you will also be in charge of helping me set up my iTunes Connect account and getting everything set up. And then you will be in charge of helping me submit to the App Store for approval, along with basic ASO. I may get professional ASO done in the future, so all I expect from you is basic ASO. Also, the last thing I want is for the project to be done, and then run into complications later on. A possible scenario that I’ve thought of is that once when the subscription auto-renews, people may get frustrated and report the app or something, and then Apple will shut our app down. Again, I have no experience with the App Store and I don’t know how strict Apple is. It’s your job to make sure that I am legally protected in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and everything else to avoid this happening in the future. I don’t want to invest $10,000 into driving traffic to the App, and then my App shutting down and Apple making me refund everybody. So the legal side of this project is very important to. I want this project to be done ASAP.
