Simple Android and IOS application !!!

We want two applications, one for Android and one for IOS. The application will get the information from a Wordpress database. The application is for a travel guide website and must contain google maps, and show the locations from the website, the user curent position and directions from the user to the selected locations. We also need to have an option for the users to check-in on facebook using our apps. When the users check-in will show that the user has used our apps similar to forsquare. The user will also have the option to login using the apps. and make the same changes to their accounts like they are using the website. We are also interested to hear other ideeas for the apps and we will pay extra if we consider that they are good for us. Please use an unique design and a easy user interface for the apps.
